“Massage Therapy” is the health profession in which a person provides for the purposes of developing, maintaining and rehabilitating or augmenting physical function, or relieving pain or promoting health, the services of assessment of the soft tissues and joints on the body, and treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction, injury, pain and disorders of the soft tissues and joints by manipulation, mobilization and other manual methods.
*Treatment time includes: Health history review/check-in, assessment, getting on + off the table, re-assessment and home care suggestions.

Mrs. Krista Heath RMT

Krista has been an RMT since 2008, providing therapy to patients from all walks of life. After moving to Quadra Island and seeing the community’s need for multi-disciplinary therapeutic access, she started the Samara Circle to provide patients with a wide variety of care options.

Now a wife and mother, Krista operates The Samara with an intention to give patients access to massage, acupuncture, and physiotherapy, and other wellness modalities. As a certified bodymind wellness coach, Krista continues to strive for ongoing education to provide her patients with a holistic approach to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.
